Something is wrong

Everything was working fine, half of the time. Some days I get on and it works but some days I would get the 10 second restart error trying to overclock my ps5 controller. I unplug/replug controller and restart my laptop multiple times and still would not fix. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall but I cannot figure out how to get it off of my laptop. Yes, I read the uninstall and it did not work fully as I did those steps then tried reinstalling your program now everything is messed up I cannot install the overclock it gives me install failed error message along with a different error trying to get it to work can you please tell me how I can get it to work

1. Unlink Driver From Device (as described in readme)
2. Uninstall Service (as described in readme)
3. REBOOT
4. Then install as usual.

Why so? You have problem NOT with this software but try to fix THIS software.
