当没有任何「自定链接」时，允许用户选择（或自动）隐藏菜单列上的「自定」选项，让界面更加简洁
因为现在如果没有「自定链接」的話，按「自定」就不会有任何反应，有点怪怪的

（另外，感谢开发！）

可以考虑在设置里设置开关隐藏和显示自定, 毕竟MOD啥的都要用到这个按钮

弄好了设置开关，#473

如果开启：
当「自定」子选单是空时，从选单bar隐藏「自定」按钮

如果关闭：
选单bar永远显示「自定」按钮
