I would like to see improved and standardized fine-tuning scripts for pre-trained language models like GPT-2 and BERT. These scripts should be well-documented, easy to understand, and adaptable to various use cases. The ideal solution should streamline the fine-tuning process, ensuring that users can efficiently apply these models to their specific tasks with minimal friction.

While there are existing fine-tuning scripts available, they often lack comprehensive documentation and may not cover all use cases. One alternative would be to enhance the documentation of existing scripts, but a more robust solution involves creating new, well-documented scripts that are designed for flexibility and ease of use.

It would be beneficial to include examples and guidelines for fine-tuning on different datasets and tasks. Additionally, providing a clear structure for hyperparameter tuning and model evaluation within the scripts would contribute to a more user-friendly experience. Screenshots or examples demonstrating the before-and-after effects of the proposed improvements could help convey the significance of this feature request.
