**Update**: Updated on 2018-06-29, a reader asked if there was any pre-built Docker image to simplify the process (especially for testing). And as this article got quite popular, it gave me the idea and I just built one to simplify everyone's process: [`tiangolo/node-frontend`](https://github.com/tiangolo/node-frontend). So, I just updated this article to simplify the process using that image, but kept the sections about doing everything by hand as "optional".
