可以给一下对应的 url 吗？目前抓取是在服务端做的，需要确认一下你的服务端是否可以访问对应的 url

这种原因一般是网络不通，一般国外网站或者内网。
针对国外的可以使用 https://favicon.im/x.com 这种服务，后面带的x.com 替换为目标网站域名
