In Microsoft Edge 99, DevTools added a new feature to connect to Azure Artifacts symbol server which can now host sourcemaps. This feature could be more generalized and allow DevTools to connect to any server that hosts sourcemaps. This provides an alternative to hosting sourcemaps from the same server that hosts production code.

Linking to #5 since that is the main issue tracking feedback related to using symbol server.
