Our perf team was wondering if we could adjust colors for stack frames ourselves, rather than auto-assign as it is now. This is something WPA supports quite nicely
An example motivation (we are trying to find Layouts):
Additionally, with the ~100+ unique .js files we use, it seems like a lot of the colors collide in the table. Obviously there's a limit on how many unique colors are distinguishable, but perhaps there's room to improve the current palette to reduce collisions?

Thanks for filing. It does seem like this would help a lot when doing a lot of performance investigation with the Performance tool. @joselea and @zoherghadyali might be interested in following-up here.
