Disabling engines that don't support reversing thrust upon touchdown with plane landing guidance #1549

If there are engines on board which support reversing thrust, and ones which don't, the ones not supporting it still stay activated and run at full power when the aircraft is braking, possibly causing landing failure. I think completely deactivating those engines might be a way to solve this, maybe adding a check in MechJebModuleSpaceplaneAutopilot.SetReverseThrusters?
