Microsoft.NET Framework window poping up

This window pops up quite often when a loot pops up. No idea why this is happening. I tried to redownload but it didn't help. Also I have the latest version of microsoft.net framework 4.6.1.

Since this is in swedish, here is the translation:

An unhandled exception has occurred in your application software. If you click Continue, this error will be ignored. If you click Exit, it ends the application program immediately.

The object is currently in use elsewhere.

@Mytherin Any word on this? What could it be? Or is it just a bug that will soon be fixed? I almost died a few times when this poped up

@Mytherin It seems like it only happens when I have the summary window up while I am hunting, strange
