hist folder is empty

"hist" folder which should contain output *.nc files is empty. That is why the execution of the final cells with the results visualization script gives an error.
I figured out that this issue occurs when you set up the run period of the model in days (i.e. STOP_OPTION=ndays). This issue does not emerge for STOP_OPTION=nmonths.
