Brings up an over lay to show what your short cuts are in game.
This currently supports the vanilla game and the last 2 of the Coldbird releases. Single player is not supported.
Start PCSX2 and then start the program. Once you are online and in a server you will be able to view your shortcuts by pressing L1,L2,R1,R2.
