Convert and upload chess-met and daily GEAR

Now that the hourly GEAR dataset is converted and uploaded to object storage, it's time to do the same with other datasets and review how easy it is to adapt the script for other datasets.

Specifically:

• CHESS-Met, also available on JASMIN at /gws/nopw/j04/hydro_jules/data/uk/driving_data/chess/chess-met/daily
• The daily version of the GEAR dataset

Creating a separate branch for each of the new datasets to convert. These will add a folder in the 'scripts' directory in the repo.
First up gear-daily. Currently the script is identical to gear-hrly, the recipe will need tweaking.
