Describe the bug
When no source terms are activated or wave breaking or triads are excluded from the source terms it was found by ERDC (Mary, Tyler) and SHOM (Heloise), that the model gives wrong results. Moreover, Mary found that using the Neumann boundary condition there is some energy leakage into the system, which is caused by missing treatment of the boundary flags in that case.

To Reproduce
Run with the above settings.

Expected behavior
Results should be physical
