I did /trinkets, Showed an Inventory GUI with no slots
Tried clicking the menu, and my Minecraft crashed.

For slots you need to install some trinket compatible mod. Also if it crashes, I need some logs

For me it my client crashes sometimes when I open the trinket menu through commands.

Ah, it's a bug in EMI, see emilyploszaj/emi#530
