How to Set up Play! enabled VM with Vagrant

1. Drop the environment folder into the root level of your play app.
2. Run vagrant up to build out a Play! enabled VM.
3. Add 10.0.0.2 play-app.local to your /etc/hosts file.
4. Point your browser to http://play-app.local to access the web app within the VM.
5. Have fun.
