Zoom on click on window

The zoom that occurs when you single click inside a window is often unwanted and frustrating. Especially on switching the window focus the useres tend to click inside the window and unintentionally zoom in on an image.
Some possibility (or configruation) to deactivate the zoom on window-clicks would enhance the usability.
