Will not play movie from nav

I'm a control4 certified installer.
I'm trying to play with this driver at home.
I can't seem to get it to play a specific file from the c4 Nav.
I couldn't find the read me on how to properly set up.
I have limited code experience but i wish to help.
I can give you logs. Be a beta tester.
I'm Running frodo 12.2 on ouya and Frodo 12.3 on windows7
both installations can't do this.
Please let me know how to help
