Since web development in the world of Reason seems to be heading that way, it's probably best to update this.

The only scrapped feature used is a few custom operators, which can be removed.

Actually happy with just the updates for now, seems the VsCode plugin etc isn't up to the standard of the ReasonML one.

Eventually, I'll take another look at this. It's pretty simple to do with the formatting tool.
