Clothes shops not showing up

I have the following in my config:
ensure redem
ensure redem_roleplay
ensure redemrp_menu_base
ensure redemrp_respawn
ensure redemrp_skin
ensure redemrp_clothing
ensure redemrp_identity

I have loaded the sql files with success and I get no errors whenever the script starts, client or server sided. I have messes with the coords a bit but still nothing is showing up. I can't for the life of me figure it out.
