include downloadable database with app version

Allow people using the app to download the database to their device, rather than relying on API calls to the server.

Uses:

• Wifi-only devices
• Limited data plans with expensive overage fees
• Network or website is down
• Probably others that don't come to mind immediately

Some functionality that would be important in terms of this.

1. Check to see if a connection exists, if so notify user that they can download a new copy of database, that might have more listings. Since the db is constantly changing.
