Consider making all Celery tasks available in the jobs panel.

This would make debugging much easier and give more viability to data managers who are confused about why their image counts are outdated, or why thumbnails aren't showing up yet (things that happen as background tasks)

Perhaps only for data admins, or only show them under an "advanced" section.
