Sign in to the Azure portal.

In the list on the left, select All services.

Scroll and select SQL servers.

In the filter text box, start typing the name of your server. Your row is displayed.

Select the row for your server. A blade for your server is displayed.

On your server blade, select Settings.

Select Firewall.

Select Add Client IP. Type a name for your new rule in the first text box.

Type in the low and high IP address values for the range you want to enable.
- It can be handy to have the low value end with .0 and the high value end with .255.

Select Save.
