Self Control doesn't work on Sequoia 15.1 Beta 5

Summary

After I started a timer for 30 minutes to block youtube and 13 others, it still allowed me to enter these websites.

SelfControl version 4.0.2
macOS version Sequoia 15.1 Beta 5
VPN: ClashX Pro
Never worked for me
I have a lot of special setups, but none of them I think interferes with the web.

How Do We Reproduce This Issue?

Start any random block of your choice on this version or any previous version of Sequoia

What Should Have Happened?

I shouldn't be able to see these websites

What Actually Happened Instead?

Nothing! I can still go on these websites. I tried reinstalling the app, the timer was still running, but there wasn't any change on the websites.

have you read the issue reporting instructions? It specifically tells you that VPNs aren't compatible with SelfControl

Works fine here in 15.1.1, not using a VPN.

which browser are you using? it might be that your browser is ignoring the hosts file.
