M19Gauge29 Material Properties are Problematic #268

Using Arnon5, the following cross sections yields the efficiency noted below the image of the motor:

However, only changing the stator and rotor to M19Gauge29 leads to a dramatic decrease in efficiency, with the resulting efficiency noted below:

Both metals exist in the 'electric_steels' file in the 'machines' folder of 'mach_eval'. The code for this is in the 'SynR_JMAG_analyzer' branch that has yet to be merged with develop in PR #261.

Something seems to be up with the M19Gauge29 material properties, which need to be identified and fixed.

Yeah, I had a similar issue with M19Gauge29. I found that hysteresis loss is unrealistically high.
JMAG uses this equation for iron loss calculation:

The first part is hysteresis loss. So, some of these values have to be fixed for M19Gauge29:

It seems as if these values were taken from MagNet, from the attached screenshot. Nishanth seems to think these values are correct both for M19 and Arnon5. The conversion from w/kg to w/m3 seems accurate too.
