Initializing stuck at 10% #9

Did a fresh install, modified the API and Engine Dockerfiles per previous Issue posts, it seems to start up but when I browse to localhost:5173 "Initializing" creeps up to 10% gradually and then stops there indefinitely. I don't see any errors in the docker-compose shell window. Any suggestions to troubleshoot?
