Some maps have broken or slightly out of sync lyrics (i.e. song is cut off at the beginning or just a remix). We need a way to:

Disable lyrics for specific map (checkbox in UI)
Change 'song start offset' for specific map (slider in UI)

Smertig added enhancement help wanted labels
