Prerequisites

I have searched for existing issues that already suggest this feature.

Describe the Feature Request

I don't think Gitea is aligned with the ethos of start9/startos and our community in general.

Instead use Forgejo

Forgejo was created in October 2022 after a for profit company took over the Gitea project.

Describe the Use Case

Start9 supporters (and StartOS users) don't want proprietary software running on their machines.
