I got this error in all my table exports, in several lines per table:
Extra alignment tab has been changed to \cr.
You have written too many alignment tabs in a table, causing one of them to be turned into a line break. Make sure you have specified the correct number of columns in your table.
I fixed it by replacing (e.g. in a 3-model table)
\begin{tabular}{@{\extracolsep{5pt}}lcc}
with
\begin{tabular}{llcc}

Can you provide an example? If I understand correctly, #51 changes the LaTeX output so that the first column (stub names) is thinner. Maybe we want to keep it like it is, and there is a more proper fix for the problem you report?
