OwnedVehicle IDs not matching with alt.Verhicle IDs #415

alt.Vehicle IDs starting at 1 and not at 0. The OwnedVehicle IDs for lookups are starting with 0.

This doesn't matter. alt.Vehicle id's are always incremental and never the same. This is not something that can be fixed.
