Hello,
I was looking into genes in Human-GEM 1.18.0 release.
'ENSG00000112096', 'ENSG00000263464', 'ENSG00000281500' genes did not exist in HGNC database.
These are what I found.
ENSG00000112096: not in the current EnsEMBL database for GRCh38.p14. It is ENSG00000291237 in HGNC for gene SOD2.
ENSG00000263464: not in the current EnsEMBL database for GRCh38.p14. It is ENSG00000288867 in HGNC for gene PPIAL4C.
ENSG00000281500: in the current EnsEMBL database for GRCh38.p14, but ENSG00000137700 was shown in ID in HGNC when I clicked SLC37A4 hyperlink in EnsEMBL webpage for ENSG00000281500.
I am not sure if those gene IDs are correct.
Could you help me determine which IDs are correct?
