11/2020  -  Original version; boot sector did not contain directory track location as it should have per standard.
11/2022  -  Updated source code to include directory track indication; removed clear screen.
11/2022  -  Re-factored code to simply assembly without edits.  Simply assemble the MODELx/ASM file. 
12/2023  -  Combined Model III and Model 4P boot disks into one, incorporating fixes to allow booting of Model III OS (LDOS, etc.) on the 4P using the disk.  Thanks, Matt Boytim and Peter Cervasio for your help!
			Original 4P disk is moved to alt_4p directory along with a frehd.rom patched by Matt Boytim to allow it to work.  See doc for details.
			Included Pete Cervasio's REBOOT/CMD utility on the 4P-compatible disks to unmount FreHD image before rebooting a 4P.
