流水线人工终止时, 支持通知到构建发起人
不然发起人毫无感知 也不知道去重新发起
最好发起人自己终止时 不发通知 被他人终止时 发通知给一个可配置的收信人列表

我的第一诉求是这些情况时能通知到 所以这是满足需求的
但是如果能增加自己停止时不给自己发通知的选项那就更好了

@maple5233 自己终止流水线时不给自己发送通知有点定制化了。
此外上述需求合理，我们内部先评估下，后面排期会在这个issue下更新状态。可以关注下
