Video section glitch error wp-json/wp/v2/pages/30?_locale=user 500 (Internal Server Error)

WHen u turn on the video background on a section, and then save the page. After the safe reloads the page and then try to save again you get upload error somehow while your not even uploading anything. If you try to press again to save it just quickly becomes normal instead of processing. You can press it all you want but nothing happens.
