The font is arguably perfect, besides some standard deviation best opened as a separate Issue... except for what it does to two symbols that make it unpleasant to use on a system level.
I've been converting my PC to operate in Tengwar as much as possible, and while this font provides the best experience for Tengwar characters I've encountered, it includes oversized and misaligned Quotation Mark (") and Apostrophe (') characters that become problematic for Latin-based text, being raised so high they can interfere with and overlap text on another line, or intrude on the window above a text element.
You can see in the character map of the font viewer that these two are so far outside of alignment that they are only barely visible in the 'full' character view.
If these two symbols could be fixed, it would be just about perfect!

Hi, thanks for the nice words on the Tengwar! As this was intended as the Tengwar complement to another typeface called Brill, the intended use it as the primary font. The Latin in Alcarin is just taken from Brill and is expectedly limited in glyph count. As a matter of fact, the inclusion of this Latin design may be violating Brill's license agreement and I may need to remove them if I want to be on the safe side.
