Available tool : variable org-agenda-entry-types that can be let-bound per agenda command. Could allow me to show the "overdue items", specifically "scheduled to start but not started" in a separate list from the currently only agenda day-view.

Apparently the type of org-agenda-custom-commands can actually be a completely user-defined function as well, hopefully someone can explain how that works: https://www.reddit.com/r/orgmode/comments/10b1v5h/orgagendacustomcommands_can_take_a_userdefined/
