Addition of design for cognitive and language disabilities

Hi all,

I see you are doing some great work here for more inclusivity online. However, I find that one hugely important group is not included. It might be helpful as addition on this framework.

Can we design similar boundaries for people with lingual and cognitive disabilities (illiteracy & intellectual disabilites), which have a huge impact on millions of peoples lives? I would love to hear you take on design guidelines for these groups.
