In BGDriver.cpp; items such as the number of clusters. Consult with Fumitaka regarding this. These items will be moved into the parameter files, so the changes will propagate into the parameter templates for Workbench. So, this pretty much will require merging changes from the master branch into this one.

Eventually we may need a configuration manager where parameters related to system configuration will be set.
