BUG: Browser discrepancy in latency test (Hetzner)

I still get a pretty high discrepancy in latency between different browsers, for some reason... It looks to be particularly pronounced for the Hetzner test:

Could it be due to how the JS code used to measure latency is executed? Could that code be standardized so that the results reflect the actual latency more than the browser choice?
