Consider releasing on MELPA

There are all sort of fascinating pieces of functionality in this repo? Would you consider releasing this code as libraries on MELPA? For example, the persistent data structures would make a great standalone library.

Some of my emacs stuff is on Melpa already. The things in the utils pile
should probably be cleaned up and separated out into distinct projects. It
is on my agenda, but I don't have a lot of time these days, sadly.
