Remove start jvm | entrypoint #162

Can we make the image , more user friendly - by avoiding default start from entrypoint.. so that we can take start / stop of the jvm alone.

Whenever an app has to be deployed, everytime we have to restart container..

Hi. Applications should be deployed via Docker build phase: https://github.com/WASdev/ci.docker.websphere-traditional#adding-an-application-and-advanced-configuration-during-build-phase
