Are there plans of creating a standard and allowing servers outside of Google to support DBSC? If so, what are the timelines?

Everything in this repo pertains to a public standard proposal and a public web API. There shouldn't be anything here Google specific, hopefully.

Specifically the timeline here is working towards origin trials for such an API.
