after trying multiple times to change the config to allow to 10/20 max homes it still cant be changed, the mod does listen to teleport_warmup_time: 2 , but not to max homes setting
my mod version is Fabric-4.7.1-588cc3f+mc.1.21, im running a modpack but there are no permission mods present

Try updating to the latest build - 4.7.1 is an outdated version
