After Word Wrap view is not focused to the cursor #227

After issuing Word Wrap then the view is not focused to the cursor, have to manually scroll.

Maybe related, resize window (word wrap enabled or not), the focus / cursor is also gone, moved to invisible area.

Another similar issue for me is that it sometimes does random scroll jumps downwards.
Might be connected to enabled code folding.
