Is there any way to use the workflow in jupyter?

Hi Wulin,

thank you for reaching out. We will release some notebooks in the future that will faciliate the same type of plots and figures, that we have in the paper. However, we are not planning to release a full api to run A-SOiD from inside a jupyter notebook.

What feature would you like to run in jupyter?

Hi, thank you for replying.
I would like to adjust and export the plotting according to my projects. actually I tried B-SOID before, but it is very difficult to handle the plotting to meet personal needs.
