A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The toggle crouch function don't work properly.
Because when lowang swim on water places, he can't reach deep places staying on top of the water.

Explain how to reproduce

1. load the first map of the first episode, seppuku station
2. reach the place where is koi fishes pond (you'll need to obtain the gold key)
3. try to swim and dive into the water with toggle crouch bind
