Hi, is some log files being created ?
(You can find them here : C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\bs-manager\logs)
If yes can you send them here ?

Can you try to install BSM with BSManager-Setup-1.3.1.exe

Then after the install and after it tried to launch, resend me the latest logs file pls

That's rly weird from the logs BSM seems to try tol launch from a zip file 🤔

Do you launch BSM from its shortcut properly?

ive never been able to use bsm ever cause of that and yeah maybe its rar

🤔 🤔 Can you put the whole bs-manager folder (this one : C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Programs\bs-manager) in a zip and send it here?
