Going forward

@reed0824 is working on incorporating the XGBoost algorithm into Scope. Work will continue on Scope/Kowalski connections: both testing the updated penquins code (dmitryduev/penquins#23) and developing code to upload generated features to the database. We will also add the ability to generate features for user-specified ZTF fields instead of our current randomized approach.
