How can use it to view the WordPress POST as quotes, I have more than 450 posts I want to appear it as quotes.

I have published around 500 Post includes quotes into my WordPress, is this plugin allow me to show all posts as quotes in one page?

No, that is not the functionality/purpose of this plugin.
