Project / Task editor: show used-up time

The task editor would be a good place to also have the used / available time listed. The information is shown in a tooltip in the tracking page, and can be extracted from the analysis, but both have shortcomings:

• Tracking: I have to manually hover over every single task to extract the information
• Analysis: I only see tasks where some work has been reported. Still "pending" tasks are invisible

It may not be the ideal place, but a quick "project progress" view would be nice to have
