[BUG] Release drag handle outside of scope does not persist cursor

Describe the bug
When dragging cursor and performing mouse up event outside of the color specter, the cursor still act like dragging.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Drag handle and move cursor out of scope
2. Release mouse button
3. Move mouse back into scope after release
4. Cursor does not persist but still acts like dragging ...

Expected behavior
Cursor should persist and work the same way as mousedrop inside scope
